Eskan Bank has successfully organized "Kafa’at" training program for the second consecutive year. This initiative, mandated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, aims to equip Bahraini university graduates with essential skills and experiences by rotating them through the bank’s primary departments and reinforcing sections.  Participants engage in training courses deigned to foster their professional growth and experience. This program is part of the bank's efforts to fulfil its social responsibility by developing future leaders and preparing them for the labor market.

Mr. Adnan Janahi, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Eskan Bank, emphasized the bank's unwavering commitment to training programs that enhance performance efficiency and career planning for graduates.
